Incoming requests for service, from your website, the customer portal or your staff, waiting to become work orders.
Add Service Request
- 1Click New Request.
- 2Pick the customer, set the Status and describe what the customer needs.
- 3Click Create Request.
Requests sent through your website widget or customer portal show up here on their own.
Convert Service Request to Work Order
Open the request and click Convert to Work Order to turn it into a work order you can schedule.
Quote Service Request
Open the request and click Create Quote to price the work before scheduling it.
Find Service Requests
Search requests by description or customer, and filter by status.
