Fuel Conversions

Convert appliances between fuel types (for example natural gas to propane) and track which unit was converted.

Create Fuel Conversion

1Click New Conversion.
2Choose a sales order and the line item to convert, or Convert a Specific Unit for a serialized unit that isn’t on a sales order.
3Set the Original Fuel Type, Target Fuel Type, Conversion Kit SKU and Quantity.
4Choose the Pickup Location, whether it’s Billable, the date and time, and the technician.
5Enter the service address and notes, then click Create Fuel Conversion.

Assign Converted Unit

Before a conversion can be completed, pull a unit from stock, convert it, then scan or type its serial number under Assign the Unit Being Converted.

Complete Fuel Conversion

Mark the conversion complete. If no technician is assigned, you are asked Who Completed This Conversion? so it is credited correctly.

Edit Fuel Conversion

Open the conversion, click Edit, change the details and click Save Changes.
