Calendar
Every scheduled appointment across your technicians, with dispatch, route optimization and a wait list.
View Service Calendar
Switch between Day, Week and Month views. Appointments are colored by the service zone their address falls in (set zones under Settings → Scheduling). Addresses outside every zone show gray.
Open Appointment
Click an appointment to see the customer’s issues, the services to perform, the site contact, billing, previous visits and internal notes. From there you can Reschedule, Finalize the work order or open Full Details.
Assign Technician
- 1In the day view, open the dispatch panel and its List tab.
- 2Under the unassigned appointments, choose a technician from Assign technician… and click Assign.
- 3To move an assigned stop to someone else, use Re-assign.
The Map tab shows the day’s stops for each technician.
Reschedule Appointment
- 1Drag the appointment to its new time or technician and confirm the change. The assigned technician is notified.
- 2Or open the appointment, click Reschedule, pick the New Date, Start Time and End Time, and save.
Optimize Day Routes
- 1In the day view, click Optimize Day.
- 2Review the suggested reassignments and the estimated driving saved. View before / after map compares the routes.
The optimizer only previews suggestions. Nothing changes until you reassign appointments yourself.
Use Appointment Wait List
Customers who want a sooner visit wait on the wait list. When a matching appointment is cancelled, the open slot is offered to them automatically and held until they claim it.
- 1In the day view’s dispatch panel, click Wait List.
- 2Click Add to Wait List, pick the work order, the service type, and the earliest and latest dates the customer would accept.
- 3Click Add. Use Remove to take someone off the list.
You can also join the wait list while creating or editing a work order.
Assign Address to Service Zone
Addresses that match no zone are listed so you can fix them. Choose a zone for each one (a suggestion is offered), or choose + New service zone… to create one in settings.
