Service Plans
GrowthRecurring maintenance plans: enroll customers, bill them automatically and track their included visits.
Included in the Growth and Full Platform plans. On the Core plan it shows in the sidebar with a lock.
Enroll Customer in Service Plan
- 1Click New Plan.
- 2Choose a plan template (create templates under Settings → Plan Templates).
- 3Pick the customer and check the appliances the plan covers.
- 4Choose Monthly or Annual billing and a Start Date.
- 5Review and confirm. The plan is created as pending until billing is set up.
Activate Plan Billing
- 1Open the plan and click Generate Payment Link.
- 2Send the link by text or email, or Copy it.
- 3The customer reviews the plan and enters their card on Stripe’s secure checkout, which activates recurring billing.
Record Plan Visit
Open the plan and click + Record Visit under Service Visits. Service Tracking shows visits per year, how many are done this period, and the next and last service dates.
Pause or Cancel Service Plan
Open the plan and click Pause, Resume or Cancel.
