Packages

Reusable bundles of line items, like a “Fireplace Package”, that you add to quotes and sales orders in one click.

Create Package

1Click New Package.
2Enter a Package Name and Description.
3Click Add category for each group of items, and choose the phase (General, Installation or Setup) applied to items from that category.
4Search by SKU or name to add catalog items and set their quantities.
5Click Create Package.

Edit Package

Open the package, change its categories and items, and click Save Changes. Set Status to Inactive to stop offering it without deleting it.

Add Package to Order

On a quote or sales order, open the more (⋯) menu in the line items and pick the package. Its items are added, grouped by category.
