Jobs
GrowthGroup everything for one installation or project (quotes, orders, invoices, work orders and files) and track it through your job phases.
Included in the Growth and Full Platform plans. On the Core plan it shows in the sidebar with a lock.
Create Job
- 1Click New Job.
- 2Enter a Name (for example “Smith Kitchen Remodel”), pick the customer and Install Site.
- 3Choose a Phase and the Fuel Types involved, and add a Description.
- 4Click Create Job.
Phases come from Settings → Job Phases.
Change Job Phase
Pick a new phase from the phase menu on the job’s page. Jobs in a closed phase are hidden from the list until you check Show closed.
Link Records to Job
A job’s page has sections for Quotes, Sales Orders, Invoices and Work Orders. Click + Link existing… to attach a record you already have, New to create one already linked, or the unlink button to detach one.
Upload Job Documents
In the job’s Documents section, click Upload to add product manuals, plans or notes. Files are scanned for viruses before they can be opened.
Assign Job Installer
Choose the installer on the job’s page. The change saves on its own.
