Serialized Items
GrowthIndividual units tracked by serial number: where each one is, who owns it and its fuel conversion history.
Included in the Growth and Full Platform plans. On the Core plan it shows in the sidebar with a lock.
Find Serialized Unit
Search by serial number, item or customer, and filter by location.
Add Serialized Item
Units received on a purchase order are added when you receive the order. Use this only for a unit that arrived some other way.
- 1Click Add Item.
- 2Enter the Serial Number and pick the catalog item (it must be a serialized item).
- 3Choose the location, status and fuel type.
- 4Pick a Reason for the manual entry and add a reference number, such as a packing slip. This is kept for the audit trail.
- 5Save.
Edit Serialized Item
Open the unit and click Edit to change its serial number, location, status or fuel type. Its Ownership History shows every customer it has belonged to.
