Bulk Import
GrowthAdd or update many catalog items at once from a spreadsheet, a PDF price list or a quick entry grid.
Included in the Growth and Full Platform plans. On the Core plan it shows in the sidebar with a lock.
Import Spreadsheet
- 1Click Upload File and drop in an .xlsx, .xls, .ods, .csv or .tsv file.
- 2Check the header row (it is detected for you). For workbooks, choose any other sheets to import with the same mapping.
- 3Under Column Mapping, match each field to a column in your file. MSRP can be calculated from cost with a margin percentage.
- 4Optionally pick a Supplier to record supplier SKUs for every item.
- 5Click Preview Import, review Items to Update and New Items, then import.
Existing SKUs are updated and new SKUs are created.
Import PDF Price List
- 1Click Upload PDF and drop in one or more price lists.
- 2Choose whether to use the price from the document or calculate it from cost plus a margin.
- 3Review each document in the queue and preview the import before applying it.
Check Also save uploaded PDFs to Documents → Price Lists to keep a copy.
Enter Parts Manually
- 1Click Manual Entry.
- 2Fill in one row per item. SKU and sell price are required; blank rows are skipped.
- 3Click Add row for more, then Preview & Save.
