Deactivate Employee
Edit the employee and set Status to Inactive. They can no longer sign in, and their records stay in place.
Set Technician Availability
Under Weekly Availability on the employee’s edit page, set the days and hours they work. A day left Off never gets an appointment slot for them. Technicians can also set this themselves under My Profile.
Set Technician Skills
Under Skills & Qualifications, check the service types the technician can perform. Scheduling only offers them jobs they are qualified for. Leave everything unchecked to allow any service type.
Assign Employee Locations
Under Assigned Locations, choose which locations the employee works at and mark their primary one. People with two or more locations can switch between them from the sidebar.
Set Labor Cost
Enter the employee’s Cost per hour (wage plus taxes and benefits) under Labor Cost. It is used for job costing on installations, and only people who manage users or see sales reports can see it.
Reset POS PIN
Click Reset POS PIN on the employee’s edit page and enter a new 6-digit PIN.
Approve Time Off
Click Time Off Requests on the Employees page, then Approve or Deny each request.
