Installers
Third-party installation companies you work with, their license and insurance, and their portal access.
Add Installer
- 1Click New Installer.
- 2Enter the contact name, business name, phone and email.
- 3Save.
Track Installer License and Insurance
Open the installer and enter their CCB or license number and their insurance policy and expiration date. The list flags licenses and insurance that are expired or unverified.
Invite Installer to Portal
- 1Open the installer and click Invite portal user under Portal access.
- 2Enter the person’s name and email and send the invite.
Use Resend if the invite was lost, or Revoke to remove someone’s access.
From the installer portal they can request material pickups, which arrive in Pick Lists for review.
