- 3If they lost the email, click Resend Invite.

Open the location from the customer’s Service Locations card and click Edit. You can also add Service Notes for technicians here.
Add Appliance
- 1Open the customer’s service location and click Add (or Add first appliance).
- 2Choose From a Sales Order or Invoice to link a unit this customer bought from you, or Manual Entry to type the details.
- 3For manual entry, use Fill from Catalog to copy brand and model from your catalog, then add the serial number, fuel type, install date and notes.

- 3Set the Transfer date, add notes if you like, and confirm.
The appliance keeps its service history, and the Ownership History on its page records the change.

Keep a photo of the appliance’s rating plate on file, so the model, serial and specs are at hand on every future visit.
- 1Open the customer, then the service location, then the appliance.
- 2Under Rating Plate, click Upload (or Add photo if there’s already one) and pick the photo.
The newest photo is marked Latest. Click a photo to see it full size, or use its delete button to remove it.
Rating plate photos are for staff only. Customers don’t see them.
A technician can also save one straight from a work order (see Save Rating Plate Photo from Work Order in the Work Orders guide).
