3. Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Document Parsing
PilotLight incorporates Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technologies to automatically parse uploaded documents (e.g., packing slips and invoices) and extract relevant structured data.
- Purpose of Processing: Uploaded document content is processed strictly to perform requested parsing, extract structured data fields, and populate relevant records within your account.
- No AI Model Training on Your Data: We do not sell your uploaded document data, nor do we permit our third-party AI sub-processors to use your proprietary documents or customer content to train their public or foundational AI models.
- AI Sub-processors: Document parsing may involve secure transmission of document files to specialized third-party AI infrastructure providers acting under confidentiality and strict data protection agreements.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform (such as payment processors, cloud hosting providers, AI document processing services, and communications services), subject to confidentiality agreements.
We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal process.
